This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Konnekt Hub and governs the use of this app. By installing the Konnekt Hub app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the Konnekt Hub App.
In order to ensure Konnekt Hub provides the best experience possible for everyone, we strongly enforce a no tolerance policy for objectionable content. If you see inappropriate content, please report it.
1.Privacy
Konnekt Hub may collect and use information about your usage of Konnekt Hub, including certain types of information from and about you. Konnekt Hub may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to measure the use and performance of the Konnekt Hub App.
2.Limited License
Konnekt Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Konnekt Hub App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.Age Restrictions
By using Konnekt Hub App, you represent and warrant that
- You are 17 years of age or older and you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
- If you are under 17 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Your use of Konnekt Hub App does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4.Objectionable Content
Objectionable content may not be submitted to Konnekt Hub App, who will moderate all content and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content.
Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to:
(i) Sexually explicit materials;
(ii) Obscene, defamatory, libellous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity;
(iii) Content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent,
(iv) Content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and
(v) Gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker.
4.1.Violation of Objectionable Content
If any user, after agreeing to the EULA while signing up to the App, violates any part of the ‘Objectionable Content’, and posts something outside the guidelines, his/her post can be reported by any user, and upon receiving the report the Admins will review the post. If the admin finds it offensive the post will be removed . If the specific user continues posting content that violates the ‘Objectionable Content’ of the agreement, the user will be blocked from the private groups first and then from the entire platform by the admin.
A user has the following option for filtering objectionable content on his feed:
Select ‘Report’ option from 𐩑𐩑𐩑 icon.
- The user can Report a specific post that he/she finds offensive by clicking on the ‘Report Post’ option, given with every post.
- Users can select one of the options while reporting (i.e spam, harassing, offensive etc)
- The Admin shall review the report request and if it’s deemed to be objectionable then the post will be removed permanently.
Based upon the above reports from the user/users about a post, the Admin shall review the reported post and if he/she finds it offensive then he/she will decide any of the following to the user that posted:
- Block the user for 30 days from posting in a specific group
- Block the user for 90 days from posting in all the group
- Block the user from posting in all the groups permanently
4.2. Warnings to the user
If an admin receives any report against any user’s post, and it is objectionable, then the admin shall send a ‘Warning email’ to that specific user who violated the policy. If the user continues to violate our ‘Community Guidelines’ then the account of that specific user will either be Restricted from posting anything or blocked from the networking groups or Konnekt Hub platform.
5.Intellectual Property Claim
The software, App and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TraydCom Technology Ltd. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
All Services and all content on the Site (unless created by you or a third party) including software, code, trademarks, or logos are owned by or licensed to TraydCom Technology Ltd., and we reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
User agrees not to use any trademark or logo or other proprietary information of Konnekt Hub; or remove, conceal, or obliterate any copyright or other proprietary notice or any credit-line or dateline on other mark or source identifier included on the www.Konnektios.net / platform, including without limitation, the size, colour, location or style of all proprietary marks. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TraydCom Technology Ltd. Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 17 or are above the age of 13 and have your parent or guardian’s consent, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Falsified information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including, but not limited, to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove, or edit content in our sole discretion.
7.Termination
We, along with our Partners, may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including, but not limited to, a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
8.Maintenance and Support
Konnekt Hub does provide minimal maintenance or support for it but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, Konnekt Hub, not Apple, shall be obligated to finish any such maintenance or support.
9.Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorised to use the Service.
